Christina Patriquin, CVT
Christina was born an animal lover and has stayed true to her passion for dogs. She currently works as the Head Certified Veterinary Technician at Derry Animal Hospital in Derry NH.
Christina attended the University of New Hampshire where she graduated with an Associates degree in Applied Animal Science, before moving on to attend Great Bay College where she graduated with an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. Christina then went on to take the VTNE exam and earn her CVT title in the state of New Hampshire.
Christina began training dogs as a young child when her family purchased her first dog, a Chow Chow by the name of "Spuds". Christina continued pursuing her love for dogs and dog training by starting her career in the field at 15 at a local doggie daycare/ training/grooming/boarding facility where she slowly began working and learning all of the departments. While working there she adopted a Rottweiler mix, "Carly" and began her slow introduction into what would become her hobby of Dog Agility. Christina went on to earn her Canine Agility Trial Championship with her Border Collie "Lan" in the CPE Agility venue as well as Compete at the Masters level in the USDAA Agility venue. "Lan" and Christina also have earned several Flyball titles including their FM.
Since then Christina now owns/ co-owns several Border Collies, "Camlin" "Dozer" and" Sinner", an English Bulldog "Matilda" and a Chiweenie, "Ellie". Christina also breeds and shows her Border Collies in conformation as well as agility and herding.
